Details of the offer

Job Responsibility:- Ensure payroll is completed accurately and on a timely basis- Maintain system with all the relevant changes such as transfer, promotion, adjustments, new joiners & resigned employees- Responsible for monthly statutory submission to regulatory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN)- Generate monthly payroll reports and other ad hoc reports as and when required- Maintain and update employee personal files- Identifying and assessing the training needs within the organization- Coordinate learning and development initiatives for employees- To assist Head of Services on all related events and staff activities as and when required- To assist and facilitate other HR administration duties- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time- Provide general administrative support to the department- Report to superior for any documentation job task- Be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to confidentiality and data protection of the documents and information*Job Requirement:- Computer literate and strong command of Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft Excel- Positive & pro-active attitude towards work- Able to work independent- Minimum 2 years experience**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,220.00 per month**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Human resources: 2 years (preferred)- Administration: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
