Human Resources Administrator

**JOB REPONSIBILITIES**:- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.- Provide counseling on policies and procedures of Malaysia.- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.- Create and implement effective on-boarding plans.- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.- Maintain employee records (attendance, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.- Liaise with relevant local government and prepare the materials needed.- Liaise with HQ in China to ensure the decisions are carried out effectively.- Responsible for administrative affairs,such as office location,Office supplies purchasing and son.**REQUIREMENT**:- About 5-years experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position.- Knowledge of HR functions (pay and benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).- Familiarity of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.- Excellent in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.- Fluent in Chinese and English.- Organizational and time-management abilities.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Good ethics and reliability.Guangdong Deer Smart Co., Ltd was established in 2005, located in Dongguan Guangdong Province,China. Deer Smart Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. is our brunch company in Malaysia, which will complete the registration in the September 2023. It will locate in Penang. If we hire someone as this position, he or she will work from home. After we decide the office location, the employer will work in office.
