**Job Highlights**- Group Insurance Coverage- Annual Bonus & Increment- Subsidy monthly parking claim- Handle **payroll** processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, leave, taxes, and other deductions.- Handle payroll activities of the company, preparation of payroll report and statutory payment, process and update of staff employment status, etc.- Assist in implementing / administrating compensation and benefit plans such as staffs' medical claim, overtimes, insurance claim & leave record.- Responsible for preparing an appointment letter, confirmation letter and other HR related confidential letters and update employee profile into payroll system.- Liaise with respective government statutory bodies for related matters i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp, Income Tax and Immigration.- Manage employee's movement (new hires, promotion, transfer, termination, retirement and etc).- Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior.**Requirement**:- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, **Mandarin**, Cantonese, English.- Hands on experience in **HR2000 QPAY** will be an added advantage.- Have full spectrum of HR knowledge, payroll, Malaysian Labour Laws, statutory requirements and prevailing human resource practices.- Good communication and organization skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and to work independently to facilitate the establishment.- Willing work at **Taman Maluri, Cheras**.**Benefits**:- 5 working days/week (Monday - Friday)- Optional Working Time: 9am-6pm or 8am-5pm- Group Insurance Coverage- Annual Bonus & Increment- Subsidy monthly parking claim**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Human Resources in Retail Industry: 3 years (required)- Manual Punch Card computation: 2 years (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
