Qualifications Requirements• Degree in human resource management, psychology, business administration, social sciences or any relevant courses.• Basic understanding in the field of HR would be advantageous.• Proactive & passionate outlook • Attention-to-detail • Approachable, possesses good communication skills and teamwork• Ability to maintain discretion on all information with strict confidentiality • Flexible and adapt in working in a fast-paced & multicultural work environment • Fair proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PPT) • Knowledge on Malaysian Employment Act is a plus • Fluent in English, proficiency in other languages is an advantage • Possesses own transport as required to travel between TP sites occasionally • Keen on developing a career in HR field Responsibilities Responsibilities• Perform HR operations tasks onsite & remotely in relevance to Employee's Lifecycle & Benefits• Attend to employees' HR-related enquiries relative to standard HR policies through HR supporting channels such as face-to-face interaction, emails & HR Helpdesk platform.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, personnel records, and documentation.• Conduct periodic audits on Employee Personnel Files, and provide support during internal & external audits wherein required• Coordinate new hire onboarding. Ensure the collection of onboarding documents, preparation and issuance of employee badges.• Provide administrative support for HR automation projects• Participate and/or support any HR events or ad-hoc tasks/projects upon request.
