Human Resources Officer

Job ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support on all HR functions such as managing employee database, attendance report analysis and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.Oversee the recruitment process, training activities, performance evaluation, payroll, rewards and benefits.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.Liaise with government agencies and other external organisations.Provide training and development opportunities for employees.Job RequirementsBachelor in human resource, business administration or equivalent.Minimum 2 years working experience in human resources field.Excellent verbal and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.Strong understanding of labour laws and employment regulations. Strong understanding of labour laws and employment regulations.Preferably male applicant and must be able to travel to operation sites extensively.
