Your Role As the Human Resources Specialist, you will be entrusted with executing the organization's HR strategies and managing daily HR operations. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of HR-related tasks, such as employee recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and employee relations, to guarantee the unobstructed functioning of HR management within the company.
Key Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process, including developing recruitment plans, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and organizing interviews Manage employee performance evaluations and individual development plans Handle daily employee issues and complaints, maintain good employee relations Assist in developing and improving the company's HR policies and processes Qualifications Bachelor degree or above in human resources management or related fields. Good communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit. Familiar with labor laws and regulations related to human resources management. Applicants with experience in human resources management or related work will be given priority.
