Job Brief:

1. To maintain and monitor IT networking system, and to provide end user support to all staffs.
2. To propose and provide IT-related services that lead to company and staffs' profits.

Job Responsibilities:

To maintain and operate all servers in the company. To ensure all servers are up and running 24x7.
To maintain and monitoring all the network infrastructures in company is up and running 24x7.
To ensure all data backup is successful on daily and monthly basis.
To maintain and monitoring PABX system as well as reporting to the supporting vendors if system failure.
To liase with vendor who provide IT business solution.
To keep inventory stock of computer hardware and software in the company's premises. To update record licenses and computer hardware for time to time.
To update OS patches, security patches in all the computers.
To ensure sufficient stock of ink/ toner for all printer.
To maintain and update IT security policy for the company follow HQ IT policy instruction.
Ensure that appropriate control measures are put in place to manage the IT risks.
To be involved and to support IT-CLC (J-SOX) project.
To provide end user support to all staffs, including ang relevant IT training.
Perform IT inspections and audits from time to time.
To provide IT solutions to other department
To support basic SAP installation and setting
Other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the company from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or its equivalent.
Experience : 0-2
Skill : IT hardware & software basic maintain and debugging skill
Language : English, Malay, Chinese
