Immediate Hiring: Indirect Sourcing Specialist

**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for all category areas of Indirect Procurement.- Collaborates with both Global and Regional teams to understand project requirements and align expectations for assigned categories to mitigate risk and reduce costs.- Drive specific procurement improvement initiatives to standardize and simplify processes to benefits the company.- Focus on strategic procurement and cost optimization.- Execute some high value and high complexity sourcing projects.- Perform spend analysis and propose projects to consolidate suppliers.- Prepare business cases supporting sourcing recommendation.- Manage contracts and ensure the arrangement of contracts is in place and safeguard company interest.- Liaise with Legal team on all contracts related matters.- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on development of procurement business cases.- Acting as a point of contact for escalation issues.**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree in any field of study or equivalent.- Year of experience: minimum 5 years of experience in national purchasing role with an international understanding- Language: Fluent English language skills are essential in addition to local language- Technical Skills: Strong background in Indirect Procurement, supplier management, contract management, and risk management.- Excellent communication and problem solving skills, stakeholder management, project management, and strong team spirit mindset.- Procurement accreditation is an added advantage.
