**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES- Conduct quality gate and other project artefacts reviews as per quality review plan to ensure ERP solution delivery meets business requirements, and within the approved implementation schedule, budget and quality requirements in line with the project objectives, and deliver the benefits highlighted in the business case.- Assist in early identification of potential issues/problems and provide recommendation where applicable to ERP solutions.- Identify processes for improvement and implementation of the process changes in the project.- Identify and conduct required process training and analyses training outcome.- Update internal stakeholders (including Project Steering Committee, Senior Management) from the perspective of an independent observer.- Undertake any other QA services as requested by internal stakeholders from time to time to ensure the health of the project.- Work with relevant teams (e.g. Digital and Technology Sector's Testing Centre of Excellence) to identify gaps defect detection and control.- Work with other internal stakeholders on quality related matters and reporting.- Monitor and report effectiveness of Risk Management activities in the project.**TECHNICAL SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE**- Project Management- Risk Management- Consulting and Facilitation**GENERIC SKILLS/ ATTRIBUTES**- Communication (verbal, writing, presentation)- Problem Solving- Information and Communication Technology- Business knowledge of BNM (added advantage) and scope understanding**SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE****Education**:- Bachelor's Degree or professional qualifications in any discipline.
