Product Knowledge**:Have a thorough understanding of the products or services offered by the company, including features, benefits, and pricing.**2. Sales**:Handle enquiries from customers through chats and phone calls in the office to identify their needs, recommend products or services that meet those needs, and ultimately close sales.**3. Recommendation**:Listen attentively to customers' requirements, provide appropriate product recommendations, and offer advice or solutions to address their concerns or questions.**4. Cross-Selling & Up-Selling**:Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional products or services to customers to maximize sales revenue.**5. Customer Service**:Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.**6. Order Processing**:Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and ensuring accurate documentation of sales transactions.**7.
