**Job Summary**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Qualify leads and assess customer needs to provide solutions that meet their requirements.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.- Accurately and efficiently enter customer data and sales orders into the CRM system.- Collaborate with other sales team members, marketing, and product development teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.**Requirements**:- SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales role in distributor for security solution and supporting partner.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other sales-related tools.- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.- Strong customer service orientation and mindset.- For Malaysian only.
