What you will be doing:
You have a keen eye for detail, highly skilled and knowledgeable. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
How to succeed:
- Develop and maintain a clear understanding of clients’ business current and future requirements.
- Deliver consistent high-quality customer services by possessing a customer focus attitude.
- Source new sales opportunities by research and through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.
- Build and expand relationships with new and existing clients.
- Demonstrate superior product knowledge
- Maintaining database of prospective client information
What we need from you:
- At least 5 years experience with proven sales track record in inside sales
- Bilingual (Mandarin/English) is a must - both written and spoken. Malay is a bonus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Proven inside sales experience
- Have strong closing sales skills
- Skilled negotiator
- Ability to understand complex business environments and uncover customer issues, process problems, and translate needs into business opportunities.
- Strong entrepreneurial personality, self-motivated and self-managing.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
