Insurance Executive

Diploma/Degree from any disciplines with 3 to 4 years work experience as an Insurance Executive in General Broker insurance industry, computer literate, pleasant personality, meticulous, responsible, cooperative, a good team player, able to interact with all levels, possess own transport, good in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Prefer Female candidate only age between 35 to 40 years old.
Job Requirements and Responsbilities:-
Able to assist and provide support to the Unit Head, follow up and respond on broking matters timely and accurately.
Develop and manage relationships with insurance companies and clients.
Timely review of monthly service/retention reports to ensure desired targets/budgets are met.
Contact with insurance companies in cooperation/coordination with the broking teams as applicable
Manage and resolve issues raised by clients and/or individual customers.
Sourcing for quotation terms from Insurer.
Request renewal quotation from Insurer.
Issuance of Renewal Notice to insured.
Placement of risk to insurer.
To issue debit notes, check policy before sending out.
Credit control, collection of premiums.
Proficiency in using MS-Word, Ms-Excel, Ms-Power- Point
Future expansion to digital platform products.
5 days' week work, Salary RM3,500.00 to RM5,000.00 neg, good fringe benefits and career advancement and development.
