Interior Designer - Immediate Hiring

**Industry**: Construction & Design**Location**: Bandar Enstek**Working Days**:Monday - Friday, Saturday (Half day)**Working Hours**: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM**Salary**:RM2,000 - RM3,000 + Medical Benefits- Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Translate client needs into design concepts.- Create design concepts, mood boards, and presentations to communicate ideas effectively to clients. Incorporate feedback and revisions as necessary.- Develop space plans and layouts that optimize the functionality and flow of interior spaces. Consider factors such as ergonomics and accessibility.- Choose appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to achieve the desired design aesthetic while adhering to budget constraints.- Utilize design software to create 3D models and realistic renderings of proposed design concepts to help clients visualize the end result.- Prepare project budgets and ensure that design projects are completed within the allocated budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities when possible.- Create detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction documents.- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.- Conduct site visits to address issues, and ensure that designs are implemented correctly.- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies in the interior design industry**Requirements**:- Open to Fresh Graduates- Ability to work on Saturday**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Labu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Can work half day on Saturday?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Interior design: 1 year (preferred)
