Interior Designer (In House)

**_Job Descriptions:_**- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawlessexecution of projects.- Ensure resource availability and allocation- Ensure all documentation is in place and updated during each phase ofthe project and that the value of any proposed solution is maximised.- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in projectscope, schedule and costs.- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools andtechniques.- Report and escalate to management as needed.- To liaise with internal and external stakeholders in relation to projectrequirement and expectations.- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentationSupervise and monitor construction work to ensure in accordance todrawings.- Understand drawings, designs & measurements, and able tocommunicate them to contractors with high quality outputs andcreativity with mínimal guidance.- Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
