Interior Designer - Project Base

**Job Descriptions**:Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawlessexecution of projects.Ensure resource availability and allocationEnsure all documentation is in place and updated during each phase ofthe project and that the value of any proposed solution is maximised.Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in projectscope, schedule and costs.Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools andtechniques.Report and escalate to management as needed.To liaise with internal and external stakeholders in relation to projectrequirement and expectations.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentationSupervise and monitor construction work to ensure in accordance todrawings.Understand drawings, designs & measurements, and able tocommunicate them to contractors with high quality outputs andcreativity with mínimal guidance.Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
