Intern Administration

To handle general administration duties (attend phone calls, set up meeting room, conduct assembly, labelling).- To handle office cleanliness.- Involved in admin jobs such as filling documents, key-in data using computer database and spreadsheet software, compiling and summarize report and etc.- Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet.- Ensure all works and projects are carried out smoothly and efficiently.- Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Diploma or Degree from Business Management, or equivalent.- Internship period preferable 3 months and 6 months.- Good communication skills and proficient in English- Proactive problem solving, follow up and negotiation skills- internship intake prefer May/June/July- Preferred final semester student**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuantan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
