Internship-Group Strategy & Performance Project

Assist in performance framework periodically in coordination with the various business functions amongst the Group of Companies.- Collect the performance appraisal results and work with the data analytics team to analyze and display results for all BGs and BUs in dashboards.- Assist in manage the performance cycle and calendar, actively communicate with employees and ensure that each activity in the performance process is executed within the specified timeframe and as per defined guidelines.- Undertake other such reasonable duties as required by the management and department.**; Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or relevant courses.- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.** The intern would be accepted into the company with immediate confirmation (no more probation) if perform exceptional during internship period.
