**Job description**:- Supervise construction works and defects- Ensure work carried out and materials delivered to site are in accordance with specifications- Ensure workmanship are of required standards- Check the construction works to adhere to the proposed schedule- Liaise with Consultants regarding plans, drawings and site construction issues- Attend site meetings with consultants and contractors- Manage site coordination with relevant parties- Check progress, materials on site and related items- Issue site memo, non-conformance report and documentation- Any other issues assigned from time to time**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Diploma in Architecture accredited by Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) and equivalent recognized by LAM (IOW registration).- Certified competent Construction Personnel, CIDB / LAM / BEM- Good supervision and interpersonal skill- With experience - preferably- Able to work in Rasah, Negeri SembilanExpected Start Date: 02/12/2024**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 24 months**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift**Experience**:- Inspector of Work: 4 years (required)License/Certification:- Inspector of Work certificate (required)Expected Start Date: 02/26/2024
