Providing infrastructure technical knowledge to Manage, Backup & Restore Windows servers in Virtual machines environment- Provide feedback, direction & advice to lead the team related to LAN, WAN infra setup, and troubleshooting.- Responsible in Patch Management and IT security in Apps, networks and etc.- Ability to plan and manage the relevant level of service standards, ensure the operating policies, procedures, IT inventory, and approach potential issues relating to daily operations.- Ability to work with other teams such as functional teams, and infra teams to optimize network and system performance.- Manage continuous improvement activities, contract administration, and project implementation (installation & configuration) within a targeted response time.- Responsible in SAP system for daily troubleshooting, maintenance, inquiries and incident reporting.- Good to have - Basic SQL scripting knowledge**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insuranceSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Puncak Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- IT: 3 years (required)Willingness to travel:- 50% (required)
