It Executive (Ref: Jr)

**About the Company**A Japanese manufacturer of commercial vehicles, primarily known for producing trucks and buses.**Responsibilities**:**A. IT APPLICATION****B. INFRASTRUCTURE**- To manage and support Computers/Operating System/Printers/LCD Projector/Laptop/Polycom and etc.- To manage and support Network Infrastructure such as Internet/Firewall/Switch/Router/Wifi/Wireless/Fiber Optic/VPN, and etc.- To develop and documentation standards for hardware/software/network/server related matters.**C. GENERAL**- To provide first level support for IT operations including IT systems and equipment's in the company.- To deliver quality response service on a daily basis and ensuring that any issues are logged prioritized and resolved within agreed timeframe.**D. SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENTAL (SHE)**- To ensure a clean, healthy and safe standard of working areas and facilities.- To report unsafe conditions to superiors.- To support and be involved in the setting up and maintenance of SHE management system.**E.
