It Technical Consultant

Exploring in as IT Technical Consultant and you will the key person in provides consulting services for clients similar to the services of management consultants.
You will play an important role in
Consult and proposed solution and technologies which are suitable based on customers requirement
Plan, design & implement on the proposed solution
Provide L2 / L3 support and proactive maintenance for any deployed infrastructure and services
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Computer Networks or equivalent. Cyber Security or Developer background would be an added advantage.
At least 1 - 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field. Priority would be given to candidates with customer service and consulting experiences.
Information Technology Certifications would be an added advantage (e.g. Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator).
Required Skill(s): Microsoft 365, Microsoft Windows Server, Windows 10, Microsoft Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Amazon Web Services & Networking.
