It Technical Support Analyst

Technology Support- Responds to user raised incidents concerning hardware, software and network technology support 24x7x365.- Participates in all activities related to technical support which includes, but is not limited to, researching technical issues, resolving technical issues, managing 3rd party technology support vendors.- Executes to service level agreements identified by the business units..- Escalates complex issues to more experienced IT staff.Enterprise Systems- Configures and deploys enterprise hardware, software and network systems provided by the IT function.- Designs, develops, analyzes, documents, maintains, administers and/or supports enterprise hardware, software and network systems.- Indentifies and implements related process improvements and automations.Desktop ApplicationsProject Involvement- Applies systems analysis techniques and consults with users to develop network, hardware, software and/or system functional requirements specifications- Assists the broader IT team in implementing and supporting enterprise technology solutions through all phases of the development lifecycle.- Leads small to mid-size projects and/or serves as technical project resource on larger projects.**Salary**: Up to RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayApplication Deadline: 06/26/2023
