Company Description Our client(An MNC Company) is one of the global leading market information and consulting services provider.

Job Description

- Ensure the delivery of HR Services is executed efficiently and in compliance with local rules and regulations.
- First tier support to HRBP for all local administrative tasks and execution of HR payroll related matters
- Own the employees data along the life cycle in Workday from the hiring to the termination process (Eg. on-boarding, payroll changes, termination documents)
- Deliver support to line managers and employees, related to employee payroll administration issues
- Support annual compensation review process including annual merit and bonus planning process
- Support employees and managers on questions related to Payroll
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding internal employee communications, HR guidelines and processes.
- Support projects to implement digital solutions as well as to centralize, streamline and expand HR Services scope throughout South East Asia, North Asia and Pacific countries.

Qualifications

- At least 1 yearof relevant HR experience with broad HR background, especially in payroll processes and processing.
- Strong time management skills and personal efficiency
- Strong communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Workday will be an added advantage. Training will be provided.
