Job DescriptionJunior Managers Program is a program designed to groom potential future management staffs who is able to contribute to the success of the company. This is an 18 to 24 months program which you will be assigned to different functions within the organization or complete requires assignments in your functional area which could include one assignment abroad. This will give you the breadth of experience and exposure to help you move into the management role in mid to long term within the assigned division.What's in store for you:Systematically develop your leadership and decision-making skills through multifaceted involvement in projects as well as in day-to-day business;Benefit from the in-depth guidance of an experienced mentor and senior executives, including regular feedback; and Gain international experience during an assignment abroad.QualificationsWe want to meet you if you fulfill the following requirements:Masters Degree in Business Administration with focus on Controlling, Cost Accounting and Finance;At least 2 years of professional working experience preferably in MNC environment;Experience in profitability, product controlling and overhead controlling would be an advantage;Self-driven and demonstrated leadership skills in leading a team;Possess good interpersonal and communication skills as well as an aptitude for figures;Result oriented, resourceful, team player, dynamic, flexible, persistent;Excellent in Microsoft Office;Excellent in English and Malay languages both in writing and oral; andWillingness to travel abroad short-term assignment.Additional InformationLeave Entitlement Annual Leave, Medical Leave and etcCompany Insurances and etc
