Company : Corroserv (M) Sdn BhdPosition : Purchasing, ExecutiveType of job : Permanent (6 months probations)Number of hiring : 1 personSalary : RM 2,000 - RM 3,000**Responsibilities**:- Performing inventory inspections and reordering necessary supplies and stock.- Inspecting stock and promptly reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies to the Warehouse Executive and Technical department.- Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stocks.- Working to improve purchasing systems and standard operating processes (SOP).- Prepare all documents for export and import shipments, especially customs clearance and international shipments, by liaising with a freight forwarder.- Liaise with the Warehouse Executive to ensure all materials and supplies are available to fulfill company operational needs.- Source and negotiate for the best inbound freight and implement cost-cutting measures where necessary.- Ensure proper documentation and filing system for correspondences and other documents to comply with ISO standards.- Identify and compare new technical items with Technical HOD & Technical/Operation team.Required Skills/ Abilities:- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management- Familiarity with procurement software and tools- Strong negotiation and communication skills- Analytical and problem-solving abilities- Knowledge of supplier evaluation and selection- Understanding of procurement regulations and ethical practices- Effective time management and organizational skills- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy- Ability to work well in a team and independently- Adaptability to changing market conditions and organizational needsQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of working experience in supply chain or related fields- Proficient communication and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuantan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
