About the role: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and using data-driven insights to continuously improve sourcing strategies. Your role will involve collaboration with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to deliver hiring solutions aligned with business objectives. What you'll do: Identify and attract top-tier talent through diverse channels, ensuring a qualified and diverse candidate pool for open positions. Efficiently manage the end-to-end recruitment process, meeting hiring timelines from requisition to offer acceptance. Ensure a positive candidate journey, reflecting positively on the employer brand. Utilise recruitment analytics for sourcing strategy assessment, data-driven decisions, and continuous process improvement. Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams, managing relationships effectively to deliver recruitment solutions aligned with business objectives. Who you are: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a preference for fast-paced and dynamic environments. Proven experience in recruiting for audit or accounting practice firms, and managing multi-country recruitment processes is a plus. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills for candidate engagement and internal collaboration.
