**What will you deliver?**- Be the key figure for driving revenue and margin growth within your customeraccounts, which means meeting and exceeding all business measures such as EBITand working capital.- Develop and deliver Key Account Management Plans to improve short-term and long(1)term EBIT and working capital.- Own, monitor and drive customer's service agreements to meet and exceedcontractual performance KPIs such as cost savings obligations.- Be accountable for the smooth daily operations and updated selling prices associatedwith your customers.- Be the 'change agent' who drives margin improvement projects and commercialoutcomes for your customer accounts.- Monitor programs, analyse data and trends, hold regular service performance andbusiness reviews, and initiate improvements for the customer accounts.- Identify and secure new opportunities within your customer accounts.- Partner with the internal teams to ensure world class customer service is achieved andyour team always represents the Vallen brand to the highest level.- Ensure compliance with Vallen's sales policies and procedures.- Create an environment that encourages and rewards teamwork and collaboration, bothinternally and externally.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relateddiscipline- Proven track record of key account management, providing outstanding supply chainconsultation and customer service to customers- Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of management- Ability to influence across teams, creating effective internal business partnerships- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines- Understanding of financial concepts such as EBIT and working capital**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Supply chain management: 3 years (preferred)- Client Servicing: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
