Job Description Responsibilities: Manage the secondary supply chain to meet the agreed brands volume, market share, distribution (numeric 8, weighted)
Analyse and present by trade channel and outlet type
Effective implementation of In-market activities within assigned territory (ie. Cycle activities execution, territory business plan development Implementation)
Achieve target volume, share of market, and profit in the assigned territory through development of territory business.
Responding to issues, and contract compliance. Able to provide market Information, reports and Insights
Effective and efficient implementation of Trade call plan, Optimal utilization of Merchandising budget allocated.
Execute trade relationship program to maximize ROI and ensuring optimum trade visibility.
Responsible for expansion of the brands' overall availability in the outlets and in employing selling skills to correct out-of-stock situations.
Fill market demand of Snowpius products by maintaining inventory levels and attaining distribution targets for the brand portfolio.
Research customer and competitor behaviour, explore market trends and opportunities, to keep up to date with regulatory requirements and anticipate upcoming changes to prepare team accordingly.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. -Preferably? Executives with at left 5 ' experience in FMCG, experience in handling
Full-Time position(s)?
