**MANDARIN SPEAKER****FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY!****Details**:- Start date: (Immediate)- Working day & time: Monday-Friday: 8.30am- 5.30pm- Location: Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur- Salary Range**:RM1,400- RM2,200 **per month.- Benefits: EPF, Annual Leave, Sick Leave etc.**Job Requirements**:- **Fresh Graduates Diploma, STPM or SPM ** in Education or equivalent **with passion to teach Mandarin/English/Math/Sciences/Bahasa Malaysia**:- **Atleast 1-2 year of experience as Teacher**:- Good communication and written skills in Mandarin, English or Malay.- **Mandarin Speaker.**:- Own a personal **transportation**.- Must be able and know how to use Online and physical class- Good at Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)- Can work under pressure and work in team.**Job Descriptions**:- Preparing lessons, units and students focus to complete learning objectives for primary students.- Establishing and communicating clear objectives for lessons, units and projects.- Adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of students.- Encouraging students to explore learning opportunities and career paths.- Assigning homework and grading the assessments for students.- Working with students one-on-one when they need extra help or attention.- Tracking and evaluating student progress.- Maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, co-workers and supervisors.- Managing student behaviour.- Creating a safe, respectful and inclusive classroom environment.- Helping students improve progress methods and habits.- Administering tests to evaluate students' progress.**Skills**- Ability to develop lesson plans and successfully instruct students during the lesson- Ability to effectively communicate with others and clearly express complex ideas.- Proficient active listening skills to understand and adapt to students' various learning needs.- Knowledge of appropriate learning psychology, styles and strategies.- Strong public speaking and oral presentation skills.- Excellent organization and time management skills.- Leadership skills and patience for working with students of all level.**Salary**: RM1,400.00 - RM2,100.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Early shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Ability to commute/relocate:- Sentul: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)License/Certification:- B2 (preferred)Expected Start Date: 08/01/2023
