Kitchen Assistant (Central Kitchen Near Muhibbah

Working hours : 8am to 6pm ( break 1 hour )- Handle food processing and ensure desired quality and standards are achieved- Handle cutting and packaging of processed the salmon- Maintain and upkeep kitchen equipment- Handle cleaning of production line, storage area and kitchen- Ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines.- Ensure that policies and standard operating procedures are strictly and adhered to- Update stock and arrange stock accordingly.- To fulfill any other task assigned by management- Welcome foreigners**Salary**: From RM1,700.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental Pay:- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus
