Production Manager

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**- Develops and monitor food and labour budget for Kitchen and Production.- Responsible for all food processing / production.- Schedules and coordinates the work of production workers to assure that production is economical and technically correct and within budgeted labour cost goals.- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth of production and daily operations.- Provides training and professional development opportunities for all production workers, and increase their knowledge about safety, sanitation, and accident prevention principles- Keep updated and review the SOP related to the kitchen and production management.- Follow proper handling and right temperature of all food product.- Ensure that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen and production areas at all- Ensures proper staffing for maximum productivity and high standards of quality; controls food and payroll costs to achieve maximum profitability.- Establishes and maintains a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen and production equipment.- To perform any ad hoc task assigned by Superior and Management from time to time**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:Preferably at least 5 years of related working experience.**Salary**: From RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
