Able to assist and helps to prepare and serve chettinad indian cushion and varieties specific from South Indian such as thosai, idli, chapati, puri, vadai and ponggal. Always have good attitude, able to take criticism and room for improvement to provide service excellence to customers.Assistant cook able to work harmoniously with main cook and help to prepare dishes together.Additional work by preparing by slicing, cutting, chopping, mincing, stirring, whipping, and mixing ingredients; adding seasonings; verifying taste; and plating meals.Both have to ensure proper storage and availability of items required to cook and to inform when there are shortages. Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen.Able to make beverages and also helps and mastered in making Roti canai and goreng as well.All workers should be respectful, discipline and punctual to work. Able to communicate well among colleagues and customers as well.In our restaurant, we wish to serve our best authentic chetinadu cuisine originated from South Indian to Malaysian people.SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
