Production Manager - Masjid Tanah Melaka

Responsibilities:- Ensure smooth and continuous production. To strives for continuous improvement in the effective and efficient use of manpower, equipment and other resources.- Overall monitoring and make sure those production lines are running smoothly and efficiently with ensure all equipment in tip top conditions.- Control and minimize wastage so as to achieve high quality products at optimum cost in all manufacturing process.- To maintain raw material, work-in-progress and finished goods to the optimum level.- Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.- * Headcount & capacity planning to optimize machine utilization in relation to manpower.- Perform any other additional duties from time to time as assigned by Plant Manager**Requirements**:- Diploma in Electronic & Electrical - min 5 years' experience in related field.- Degree in Electronic & Electrical / Mechanical / Management - 2 to 5 years' experience in related field.- Understand ISO / IATF16949 requirement.- Preferably manager specializing in Manufacturing / Production operation or equivalents- Problem solving techniques, planning & assessment skills.FOR MALAYSIAN ONLY.**Salary**: RM5,403.91 - RM7,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- production: 5 years (preferred)- manufacturing: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- Chinese (preferred)
