**JOB REQUIREMENT**:- Minimum SPM or its equivalent.- Age must be 18 years old and above- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.- No criminal record- No visible tattoo or piercing- Fully vaccinated with COVID 19- Must have pleasant appearance- Prior experience in food handling is desirable- Must be able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Prepare food and beverage menu in accordance with defined standards and recipes.- Clean and prepare all basic food items.- Handle, store, label, and rotate all products properly and in accordance with instructions and food handling regulations.- Keeping your station area clean and tidy.- Assist to open/close the kitchen properly and follow the opening/closing checklist for kitchen stations.- Promptly report food quality or shortage problems to Manager.- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Manager.- Follow and comply with all health and sanitation procedures.
