**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.- Good teamwork and communication skills.- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.- Physical stamina for standing and lifting.**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and measuring ingredients according to recipes and portion sizes.- Cook and assemble dishes following established recipes and presentation standards.- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed for food safety and sanitation.- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain an efficient workflow during busy times.- Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, and equipment regularly to keep the kitchen clean and safe.- Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and labeling of ingredients.- Follow established kitchen procedures and recipes for consistent food quality.- Help monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.- Assist in setting up and cleaning the kitchen before and after service.- Perform any tasks as assigned**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
