Kol Specialist Team Lead

Requirements:- 1. At least 1-2 years of proven work experience in Brand Marketing (Skintific, YOU, Originote etc), KOL/Influencer Specialist, or Digital Marketing. 2.Proven experience in marketing acquisition, content promotion, and influencer marketing 3.Preferred experience in promoting beauty brands or extensive knowledge of beauty and skincare products. 4.Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. 5.Excellent communication and team management skills. 6.Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage. Responsibilities:- 1.Lead and inspire team members by providing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing training to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. 2.Develop and implement comprehensive KOL marketing strategies aligned with overall brand objectives. 3.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with KOL and act as the primary liaison between the brand and KOLs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.  4.Oversee the end-to-end process of influencer marketing, from identifying suitable KOLs/Influencers to presenting creative briefs and reviewing performance. 5.Coordinate the creation of content briefs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and KOL preferences. 6.Monitor and analyze the performance of KOL marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools.  7.Provide key recommendations to explore innovative ways of reaching customers and driving sales traffic.
