1. Check and ensure the survey equipment in good condition before surveying work carried out - Preparation for surveying equipment at site - Start to do survey works
2. Ensure each general worker have their works to complete their respective works at site.
3. To assist administrative staff in their dairy work ensures efficient operation, proper procedure and documentation.
4. Ensure surveying works at site properly done and avoid any mistake.
5. Ensure all materials delivery at site must be arrange in good condition.
6. Make sure site access always cleared to smoothen the site works and avoid any problem at site (access).
