About the Lead Developer Role:
This person will be joining a new digital division to spearhead the company’s digital transformation by building new exciting online products and services for their employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop integration and automation solutions for the digital and e-commerce team Work on various platforms ranging from e-commerce system, online marketplaces, logistic fulfilment partners, cloud data warehouse and inventory system Create solutions that can improve the efficiency of the operation teams, ensure data integrity of the end-to-end e-commerce operation, and ultimately help the company vison to become truly data-driven and achieve operational excellence.
To succeed in this Lead Developer role, you must be a hands-on tech enthusiast, someone who enjoys building and developing solutions from scratch.

Key Requirements:
Well verse in integration and related technology, including RESTFUL API, File-based data transfer, Webhook, GraphQL, and various unstructured/semi-structured data format such as JSON, XML and CSV Strong understanding of data and how to use data, such as RDBMS, SQL, NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB), Data Warehousing Good understanding of web technology in general, and well verse in full-stack web development Experienced in design and implement solution from scratch and collecting user requirement As a new team there is no emphasis on programming language preference but knowledge in Python and PHP are added benefits as the company has existing tech stacks that are written in those languages Practitioner of agile, believe in fail-fast approach and continuous improvement Practitioner of all the software development best practices, such as code control (git), CI/CD, code quality, code review, proper documentation
