Assist the L & D section head in conducting training- Assist the L & D section head in coordinating on all related matters- Responsible for pre-training, during training and post training activities (eg: payment preparation, coordination and documentation preparation).- Assist in designing and developing the Training Calendar for staff.- Update database and employee training record.- Prepare training materials, training room setup.- Assist in managing Training Needs analysis project.- Prepare training evaluation and effectiveness reports.- Coordinate General Orientation programme.- Compile monthly management reports.- Undertake any other duties in relation to ad-hoc training and development projects.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate qualification; in any field- TTT certified- Familiar with e-TRiS- Minimum 3 years' related experience- Passionate about learning and sharing.- Good interpersonal and communication skills.- Good command of English language, both written and spoken.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Words, MS Excel, Powerpoint)- Team player and efficient**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay
