Legal Executive

**Responsibilities**:- Drafting and providing legal input on all contracts, agreements and legal documents arising from day-to-day operation of the Company, such as services agreements, customer contracts, supplier contracts, non-disclosure agreements, HR agreements and etc.- To be responsible in ensuring that the operations of the Company's business comply with both internal and external regulatory standards.- To manage the Company's legal risk matters to ensure required interests are protected, minimize risk exposure, manage financial and other liabilities adequately to the Company's interests.- To assist in managing/reviewing panel solicitors and annual performance assessments.- To undertake and special projects or duties arranged by the Management and a result driven person.- Provide general and specific advice to the group on, intellectual property and litigation matters.- Liaise with external company secretary and regulatory bodies when necessary.- To effectively communicate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders (which includes inter-departments, senior management, auditors, consultants and external lawyers and company secretary).- Develop, implement, review and update policies and procedures in carrying out the review and management of legal risks encountered by the Company**Job Requirements**:- Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Law or equivalent.- Preferably with minimum of 2 years working experience in hotel industry- Excellent command of both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Those who are able to start work in a short notice is preferred.- Able to work with mínimal supervision- Very organized and able to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
