Role Title : Customer Service Consultant (LiveChat)- Work from office modeSalary Package- Basic up to RM2800- Terms and conditions applies- your salary will be paid RM 1,800 for the first 5 months of employment, and on top of that you will get a confirmation bonus of RM3, 500 and your salary will kick off in full amount based on approval upon your confirmation with SRG AP.- Working Days : Monday - Sunday*Work any 5 days in a week with 2 days offWorking Hours : 8AM - 12AM- 8AM - 5PM- 9AM - 6PM- 10AM - 7PM- 11AM - 8PM- 12PM - 9PM- 1PM - 10PM- 2PM - 11PM- 3AM - 12AMDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Professionally Interact with customers via voice (end to end handling of calls) and non-voicechannel (WhatsApp transactions) as part of inbound and outbound function to provideinformation and assistance- Escalated complaints or requests via Service Requests & Trouble Tickets- Able to work on public holidays, weekends (ROTATIONAL SHIFT BASIS; 8 AM - 12AM)- Required to have own transportation arrangement- Able to start immediately**Salary**: Up to RM2,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime payAbility to Commute:- Kuala Lumpur (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (required)**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: Up to RM2,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Early shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonusAbility to Commute:- Kuala Lumpur (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (required)
