Livestream Analytics Lead

Job Description
Lead a team in developing reports, trackers, dashboards, analysis and automations
Assist various business units in the Livestream team as a discussion partner to plan, strategise, and grow Shopee's business by enabling data-driven decision-making process
Design, implement and maintain reporting elements of the P&L for Shopee Live
Prepare budgets and forecasts for different programmes and business units
Produce actionable insights that will be used to support business growth planning or identify new opportunities
Build, lead and drive a team of your own to achieve the above objectives

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in numerical / analytical field
Minimum 5 years of work experience, with 2 years in people management
Advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL skills
Proficiency in automation of tasks and reports
Systematic thinker with the ability to understand the holistic picture and complex considerations
Experience in live streaming field is a plus
