Livestream Seller Management Lead

Job Description
Define, implement and execute business development growth projects for Shopee Live
Conduct deep-dive analysis and understanding of the market landscape, user behaviours, and plan effective solutions and strategies for business growth
Initiate and spearhead internal projects to optimize existing practices
Work on ad-hoc projects and assignments with the most efficient execution
Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations, tasks, and resources
Utilise various data pools and metrics in daily operations and provide real-time insights and performance reporting of projects to facilitate senior leadership decision making
Build, lead and drive a team of your own to achieve the above objectives

Requirements
At least 5 years of work experience preferably in management consulting, corporate strategy, and business development
Possess a business owner mindset with meticulous attention to details
Ability to coordinate, prioritize, organize change and communication effectively in tight deadlines
Excellent communicators (written/verbal/presentation) with ability to build rapport, negotiate and coordinate independently with stakeholders
Structured thought process with a great sense of urgency
Experience in live streaming field is a plus
