Logistic Manager

**Job Requirement**:- Experienced in international trading of container exportation- Familiar with custom clearance, custom work procedure, jetty work procedure, ship company & forwarding company work procedure- Experienced in establishing the Company's entire SOP of exportation & logistic procedure, well knowledge in planning logistics cost budget, analyzing regularly, formulate cost control plans, and supervising the implementation- Coordinate with the HR department to set department performance goals, implement the goals obtain the approval of the company, and complete the performance appraisal regularly- Responsible for organizing and cultivating subordinates' professionalism and working skills, and continuously elevating the whole team to a higher performance level.- Responsible for optimizing the department's work efficiency, processes, and mechanisms.- 5-8 years of experience in Logistic- Willing to work in Simpang Renggam, Johor
