Job Description Logistic Specialist (Manager) Responsibilities Funnel Management: Setup a funnel management process
Collaborate with marketing to generate driver interest against hard targets (input metric)
Organize your team to maximize the conversion of these leads down the funnel and reach your active fleet target (output metrics)
Fleet Management
Forecast the weekly/daily/hourly supply-staffing for the whole operations in Malaysia, considering factors like special marketing activities/weather/special events and seasonal fluctuations in demand with the help of machine learning models
Monitor exceptional events & find underlying cause of events like underutilized riders to optimize the logistics performance
Provide impact studies on the non-compliance of riders on the logistics efficiency (non-acceptance, break time, long waiting time at customers) produce a practical action plan: roll out of new KPIs and penalties
Optimization of the logistics (UTR + delivery time) through optimization starting points, vehicle type choice, optimization of delivery zones, studies on vendor polygons (density analysis)
Adjusting of scoring of riders & payment scheme which includes managing the community of drivers, building incentives to drive performance / engagement, ensuring professionalism in service and availability are highly maintained, building a community culture with high standards and strong values, reviewing processes for improvement, building and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures in order to manage the driver operation teams? efficiency
Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering, Business, Management or Supply Chain
At least 8 years of professional working experience in the Senior Management level for Logistics or on-demand delivery or ride-sharing environment
Knowledge and understanding of mobile and web technologies, Operation, Supply Chain, or other relevant industries
Preferably comes from Logistics/FMCG/E-commerce/Consultancy background
Required language(s):?Bahasa Malaysia, English
Preferably Manager specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
