Logistics Manager - Beauty Industry (Skin Care)

Trigger delivery requests to third- party logistics by providing accurate information- Liaise logistics and timelines with 3PL for freight movements in/out across regions- Responsible for establishing local and global relationships with manufacturers, suppliers and brands and negotiating partnerships.- Developing and communicating shipment schedules to stakeholders- Verify freight/warehouse invoices to ensure billing accuracy, spent as per use- Develop technical packaging standards to meet regulatory/market needs on certain SKUs (bundle packing, regulatory stickering )- Filing shipping and relevant documents in shared drive for record purposes- Customs clearance support activities- Organize the picking, packing, checking and dispatch of all Loan Kits- Maintain and monitor stock levels in the loan and consignment warehouse- Maintain warehouse stock in good order and condition- Stock and records management- Conduct cyclic stock takes in relevant loans locations, as required- Stock Control and stock management- Escalate and channel questions, issues, feedback to line manager**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Logistics Management: 1 year (required)Expected Start Date: 10/01/2023
