1) Material Procurement - Coordinate the procurement of materials required for the project, ensuring timely availability while maintaining optimal inventory levels and minimizing excess stock. 2) Logistics Planning - Develop and implement comprehensive logistics plans, considering project requirements, schedules, and resource availability. Optimize logistics operations to support project milestones. 3) Vendor Coordination - Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials, components, and equipment. Maintain effective communication to address any issues or delays. 4) Resource Allocation - Efficiently allocate logístical resources, including personnel, vehicles, and equipment, to support project activities. Monitor resource usage and address any logístical challenges. 5) Inventory Control - Oversee inventory management, track stock levels, and ensure the availability of materials while minimizing excess or shortages. 6) Project Coordination - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align logístical activities with project milestones. Provide updates on logístical progress and address any concerns. 7) Logistics Documentation - Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including procurement orders, delivery schedules, inventory reports, and transportation documentation. 8) Quality Control - Collaborate with the QA/QC team to ensure that delivered materials meet the required quality standards and specifications. 9) All other duties as assigned.KOM Technologies was incorporated in 2009 and grown to become an active precast concrete manufacturers and suppliers in Malaysian and Singaporean construction industry.
