Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to perform at their best and exceed sales targets 2. Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for team members 3. Provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities to improve team members' sales skills Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting: 1. Monitor sales team performance, track progress against targets, and implement corrective actions as needed. 2. Regularly review sales data and metrics to assess team and individual performance 3. Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management Job Requirements: 1. Must have experience in selling bathroom & kitchen products 2.
