Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives 2. Collaborate with senior management to define long-term supply chain initiatives. 3. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate vendor 4. Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials Inventory Management 5. Implement effective inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs. 6. Monitor and analyze inventory turnover, lead times, and order quantities. 7. Coordinate transportation and logistics activities, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products 8. Optimize distribution networks to minimize lead times and transportation costs. 9. Collaborate with sales and production teams to develop accurate demand forecasts. 10. Implement strategies to manage demand variability and ensure product availability 11.
